NOTE: Authors (regardless they 're students or academic staff) should pay the full registration until July, 29
to ensure that their paper will appear in the
Proceedings/program. At least one author of each
accepted paper must be registered so that the paper is included in
the Proceedings either LNCS or Local.
**Students must provide proof of full-time status, such as a student
identification card: Prior to Nov, 10, a letter or other document
showing current full-time status must be faxed to
